Due to the perishable nature of our food products, such as candies, we have specific guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds. 1. All Sales Are Final

Because Sourboy Foods sells perishable edible goods, we cannot restock or resell returned items for safety and quality reasons. As a result, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for food items, except as outlined below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Email us at eli@sourboyfoods.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Sourboy Foods will review your request within 5 business days. If eligible, we will offer a replacement product or store credit as the primary remedy. In limited cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion, subject to verification. Replacements or credits are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on availability.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Sourboy Foods is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier that are lost or stolen. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors or safe delivery locations first.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and funds may take additional days to appear in your account.
