1. Shipping Destinations

Sourboy Foods currently ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we may expand to other countries in the future. Please check our website for updates on available shipping destinations.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Sourboy Foods partners with trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver your orders. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected option.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 12:00 PM CDT, Monday–Friday)

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Sourboy Foods is not liable for delays caused by these factors. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Sourboy Foods does not add hidden fees, and all shipping charges are clearly disclosed.

We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50), subject to promotional terms. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website and at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CDT may begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, Sourboy Foods will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at eli@sourboyfoods.com.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Sourboy Foods complies with all applicable laws and regulations for shipping food products. Some products may have temperature-sensitive shipping requirements to ensure quality (e.g., candies that may melt). In such cases, we may use insulated packaging or expedited shipping, with any additional costs clearly displayed at checkout.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. If you enter an invalid or restricted address, we will notify you to provide an alternative address or cancel the order with a full refund.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Sourboy Foods is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once the order is transferred to the carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and reporting any issues to the carrier within 48 hours.

8. Returns and Exchanges

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since Sourboy Foods currently ships only within the United States, no customs or import duties apply. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
